The HART HOME Company is currently looking for a Store Manager for the new branch located on Miramichi . New Brunswick..

MAIN TASKS

• Build a work team by recruiting and training them;
• Plan and direct all store activities;
• Ensure that sales meet budgets through good customer service and proactive management of activities on the sales floor;
• Commit to promoting a positive corporate image to attract and retain customers;

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a High School
• 2 years experience in a similar management position.
• Have a very good knowledge of the retail industry.
• Good knowledge of marketing.
• Ability to manage pressure.
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to motivate staff.
• Focus on Health and Safety.

WORK SCHEDULE

• 35H - 40H per week, available on 1 week-ends on 2 and 1 evenings.
