Daytime Prep and Assembly Cook

Railtown Catering is looking for a Daytime Prep and Assembly Cook.

Railtown is a chef driven business that focuses on high quality food made from scratch.

Responsibilities include preparation and Assembly of breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, appetizer platters and lunch bowls as well as general cleaning, organizing and equipment maintenance.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are roughly 7am to 330pm depending on the day.

Candidate requirements:

- clean and organized

- trustworthy and honest

- 1+ years kitchen experience

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
