Giving our guests a great experience with high-quality West Coast food and stand-out service is our main goal. Want to work in a fast-paced, high energy restaurant look for further. We are looking for dishwashers, prep cooks, and line cooks to join our team in our newly renovated kitchen.
Our goal is to serve high quality food and elevated service while bringing a westcost dining experience to our guests. Keeping food standards up and a positive attitude in high stress situations is expected. We believe our success will come from our exceptional team who are eager to learn and are passionate about hospitality and strive to always make our team better.
** Our location is still under construction and opening date will be April 1st.
Positions Hiring:
- Dishwasher: Washing, cleaning and sanitizing all dirty dishes and keeping the dish area clean at all times, taking garbage, and sweeping the kitchen during high peek times. This position requires fast-paced work while staying organized. Working with front and back house to ensure productivity with clean dishes
- PrepCook: Prepping all items to correct par levels while following guidelines to ensure quality is met. Must be quick and efficient as we will be a fast-paced restaurant, getting all prep done is important for a smooth service for our guests. Must have basic knife skills and kitchen knowledge for this position.
- LineCook: Working line and executing service in a fast-paced manner and with high quality as we praise great service with great food, which is what makes the guest experience. Being able to work organized with clear communication is key for working the line. If that’s you, this is the kitchen for you.
