Salary```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Cook/Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry and possess strong organizational skills. ```Duties``` - Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats - Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers - Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area - Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about food and have a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.
