About the position
Our hotel is looking for an experienced dishwasher to join our kitchen team. In this position, you will assist in keeping the kitchen clean and safe and assist in cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment. You will also assist in prepping food on the line. You will follow instructions from the executive chef to ensure the kitchen is clean and that all sanitary regulations are followed. Our perfect candidate is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, likes to have predictability and routine and follows instructions well. Although experience in a similar environment is ideal, we will look at candidates with the right attitude too.

Previous dishwashing experience in a hotel or restaurant
Previous prep experience
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, but also as part of the culinary team
