Dishwasher/Prep Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. ```Duties:```
- Assist the cook in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent food quality
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using the dishwasher or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
