Kismet Estate Winery's new Indian restaurant is looking for Line Cooks to join our kitchen brigade. This is an incredible opportunity for those with a zeal for Indian cuisine to develop their skills in a supportive and exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of the kitchen before, during, and after service.
- Adhere to food safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in or desire to learn Indian cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Availability for shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
