Manager of Guest Experience
```Duties```
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates to build a strong team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to maximize profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and reporting.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations.
- Collaborate with other Store Managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive overall business success.
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Sales management experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Experience conducting interviews and recruiting qualified candidates.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions and reporting.
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures and cash handling best practices.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills are an advantage in serving a diverse customer base.
