Hersey Bins has been in business for over 35 years and remains a family-owned and operated company. We have built a strong customer service foundation and grown into the region’s #1 waste removal specialists. The Hersey Bins team are experts in waste removal services for various projects such as large and small demolitions, construction dumpster rentals, waste transport and haulage, as well as commercial dumpster rentals.

This position is full time, Monday - Friday, onsite, reports to the HR Manager and provides support to the Hersey Bins Administrative and Customer Service teams. As a key member of the Hersey Team, you will be responsible for various duties and responsibilities relating to the successful day to day operation of the business, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

· Answering phone and taking phone orders

· Enter orders into our CRM platform

· Sending out customer feedback surveys

· Assist with planning company and community events and any other special projects

· Order office supplies, ensure paperwork goes to correct department

· Office area organization

· Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management

· Reminder calls

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, able to easily build good rapport with customers over the phone

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to multitask and keep attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency with MS Office

· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

· Enjoys a challenge and finding solutions to problems

· Ability to maintain confidential information and take a professional approach where necessary
