Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service agent to fill a temporary position at our Bolton facility. The contract will last from end of May, to end of August, for approximately 3 months. Student are more than welcome !
Reporting to the Coordinator, the Customer Service Agent will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring, among other things, the accuracy of invoices and delivery of products on time.
Your responsibilities will be
-Print driver’s ticket
-Answer the phone and provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion
-Process customer orders
-Other related tasks as required
Qualifications required
-Experience in Customer service, an asset
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Have functional English (spoken and written)
-Good computer knowledge and skills
-Ability to learn quickly
-Sense of teamwork and initiative
-Ability to manage stress well
