The Call Centre Agent is responsible for making phone calls, emails, and text messages to current and previous customers. Making appointments for Sales and Finance Managers as needed.
Qualifications/Skills
· High school diploma or Equivalent.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong listening skills.
· Team player, quick thinker, and able to multi-task.
· Proven interpersonal skills; ability to form and maintain relationships and engage with people.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Sales or customer service experience, especially in a Call Center environment.
· Must be available to work on Saturday’s and evenings.
