Job Description:
Are you ready to hit the road running and steer our customers towards automotive bliss? As an Automotive Solutions Specialist in our Call Center, you'll be the navigator guiding drivers through the twists and turns of vehicle maintenance and care. Whether they're facing a flat tire or seeking advice on car maintenance, you'll be their trusted companion on the road to automotive enlightenment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with the grace and agility of a seasoned driver, providing assistance and solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Navigate the highways of our knowledge base to provide accurate information on automotive services, warranties, and troubleshooting tips.
- Drive customer satisfaction by listening attentively, empathizing with their needs, and offering tailored solutions to address their concerns.
- Collaborate with our service technicians and mechanics to schedule appointments, coordinate repairs, and ensure a smooth journey for our customers.
- Maneuver through our customer relationship management (CRM) system with precision, updating customer records and documenting interactions with meticulous detail.
- Accelerate sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and promoting our range of automotive products and services.
- Navigate challenging situations with poise and professionalism, turning roadblocks into opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by providing feedback on Call Center processes and contributing ideas for enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements:
- A passion for automobiles and a desire to share your enthusiasm with our customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to navigate conversations with ease and confidence.
- Empathy and patience to connect with customers on a personal level and address their concerns with sincerity and understanding.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or Call Center environments is preferred but not required – we welcome drivers of all experience levels to join our team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.55-$25.80 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
