Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products and services, upselling when appropriate
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Perform data entry to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in English ,Chinese and Cantonese, to ensure understanding
- Follow Call Center scripts and procedures to provide consistent service
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English, Chinese and Cantonese is required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
