POSITION SUMMARY
The Sub-Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling components of automotive parts. By reading and understanding work orders, the Sub-Assembly Associate is expected to ensure parts meet customers standards and satisfaction.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITES
- Assemble parts and components as per work instructions.
- Meet daily production quotas, while producing quality finished products.
- Maintain quality and quantity with strong sense of accountability and high standards.
- Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area
- Interpret work orders and follow instructions.
- Complete relevant documentation. Keep records of defective units or final products.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Shift Lead/Plant Manager.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for a long period of time.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position from 7 am - 3 pm, Monday to Friday. This position is not suitable for students. Please apply only if you are able to commit to these hours.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
