- Lead development of several tools to support new product launches.
- Promotional Materials Review – Assist with re-approvals of key marketing materials through our Promotional Review process.
- Promotional Materials consolidation – Ensure materials at warehouse are up to date, cross-reference materials online and in CRM system and update on Alcon Vision Brand Library where relevant.
- Attend agency meetings with marketing team to gain exposure to brand planning process.
- Support in the optimization of Alcon’s omni channel marketing transformation. Help identify strategies to improve consumer and customer acquisition and overall experience.
- Perform analysis of KPIs across the business to help identify areas of opportunity.
- Other administrative support tasks as assigned by the Marketing team
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to co-op, and at least one additional semester following your co-op. December 2024 graduation date or later
- Must be pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
- Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
- Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
- Must be authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis.
- Ability to commit to a semester long, full time (40 hrs./week) project
- Project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Leadership experience (i.e. organizations/clubs, project team, work experience, etc.)
- Effective verbal, written communication and analytical skills
