Summer Office Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs client-related and administrative support activities:

a. Provides assistance to staff in the Client and Volunteer departments on a day to day basis. This will include answering the telephone and dealing with client queries

b. Provides backup in both departments as required during the summer

c. Is in charge of completing the annual client survey

d. Will update the client database by updating client contact info

2 . Other duties as assigned

REPORTING TO:

The Executive Director.

Must be able to pass a police records check

Must be able to converse comfortably in English & French

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 13 weeks

Salary: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
