RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assist the department with general administration duties
- Sorting and filing confidential documentation
- Data entry into programs such as HRIS, Manulife, HOOPP
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repetitively
- Ability to lift overhead
- Ability to work below waist level
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in a College or University program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Returning to school in September 2024 at a post-secondary institution is required
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Self motivated, responsible and organized
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Embodies the LEAN ideology by actively and continually seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
- Must have demonstrated ability to meet the attendance standards of the Hospital
- Bilingualism preferred (French/English)
