Summer Student, Human Resources

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assist the department with general administration duties
• Sorting and filing confidential documentation
• Data entry into programs such as HRIS, Manulife, HOOPP
• Ability to lift 30 lbs repetitively
• Ability to lift overhead
• Ability to work below waist level

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in a College or University program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Returning to school in September 2024 at a post-secondary institution is required
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Self motivated, responsible and organized
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Embodies the LEAN ideology by actively and continually seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
• Must have demonstrated ability to meet the attendance standards of the Hospital
• Bilingualism preferred (French/English)
