Summer student – Legal Services
Start Date from May 6 to August 30, 2024
• Assist lawyers in the preparation, review, and analysis of contracts of various kinds (commercial, services, confidentiality, consultancy, etc.)
• Ensure the maintenance and the timely update of all templates for different teams across the company.
• Ensure the maintenance of directories and archiving of files for the Legal Affairs Department
• Verification of the compliance of signed agreements with internal policies
• All other related tasks (translation, verification, communications, etc.)

• Fully bilingual (written and oral)
• Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fast learner with new software
• Multitasking and well organized
