We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, client-focused professional with exemplary leadership and Business Analysis skills to assume the role of Supervisor of Business Analysis. This pivotal role involves leading a skilled team of Business analysts that are dedicated to supporting the delivery of technical solutions, business optimization and IT knowledge for the myriad of programs and services provided by the Ministry of Social Services.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role including the key responsibilities outlined:

- Sophisticated Analytical and Interpersonal Communication Skills
Education and Relevant Experience: Holds a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Applicants with certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are preferred. This foundation is enriched by 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in related roles.
