Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview:

Bioworld Canada is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Supply Chain department. Working with the Director of Logistics, the Supply Chain Manager will oversee all facets of the Supply Chain function, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory planning. The ideal candidate will implement a strategy to improve existing processes to run more effectively with an eye towards more automation and visibility of Supply Chain data.

Responsibilities:

• Placing purchase orders and receiving of product in SAP
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Local and Overseas Factories
• Drive automation processes in logistics and improve Supply Chain visibility for the company via detailed reports
• Regularly communicate with suppliers, freight partners, and customers
• Take ownership of delivery times and customer ship windows
• Regularly review Supply Chain optimization to reduce costs and improve company performance
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on Supply Chain performance.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Material Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years in a Supply Chain Leadership role
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all departments.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Excel, Shipstation, and other reporting software a plus

Salary: From $70,000.00 per year
