Job description

Elysian Ventures is looking for Disability & Complex Needs Support Workers for full time opportunities at Sylvan Lake, AB.

The ideal candidate will likely be characterized by others as authentic, service-focused, responsible, organized and outgoing. They will possess a minimum of Grade 12 Diploma, a Drivers’ License as well as a Criminal Record Check and a clean Driver's Abstract. Preference will be given to those who have experience with First Nation, Metis and/or Inuit culture, have completed a 2-year diploma in the human services field and/or 2 years experience working in the Disability Services field with complex needs. You will display a strong level of interpersonal skills and have the ability to develop healthy relationships with Individuals served.

We are also looking for a candidate that loves outdoor activities from fishing, hiking and camping.
