The primary goal is to support the individual in the following 4 areas:
- To have an ongoing participation in community activities
- To foster and refine existing routines that aid in her physical and emotional wellness
- To develop transferable employment skills
· To increase involvement in managing her household space
This will include supporting her to achieve defined goals of independence in areas such as; Physical activity plans, choosing healthy eating habits, working through relationship issues, appropriate communication approaches, community access and making new connections in High River, increase areas of personal interest, to learn and practice new skills, to maintain existing daily routines, employment skills development, and to increase her overall self-awareness and self-ardency.
By collaborating with the individual and her family, and support home, the Inclusion Support Worker will be responsible for supporting the development of skills and competencies in the community and will be responsible for liaising with recreational groups or activities which support inclusion and aide her in meeting her goals. Possible jobs might entail, mentoring social skills and helping her become more self-aware, research and community exploration, developing networks that may lead to employment, recreational support, and helping her explore new interests, relationships and goals.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
