Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items to customers
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food handling and preparation
