Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and Team Members
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures, including counting money, making change, and operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safe preparation and serving of food items
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management purposes
- Experience in cashiering, including accurately processing transactions and maintaining cash drawer balance
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques for efficient food service
Note: Training will be provided for specific tasks and procedures related to the role of a Team Member.
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Salary: $17.00 per hour
