Team Member (Full-Time, Benefits, Pension)

We are transforming the way we work and want you to be a part of it. The Team Member will be responsible for inspecting, grading, sorting, and processing ferrous and/or non-ferrous scrap metals and maintains work location in orderly condition in order to achieve operational goals and objectives.

When:
Monday to Friday: 8am to 4:30pm
Every other Saturday: 8am - 12:00pm
Role Expectations:

• Performs the inspecting, grading, sorting and processing of ferrous and/or non-ferrous scrap metals.
• Maintains work location in orderly condition in order to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Use computer system to input non-ferrous material codes and weight.
• Completes yard tickets and provides ticket to customer.
• Process materials by breaking them down by commodity and removing all non-conforming material.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• The successful applicant will be subject to a criminal background check.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working in a production, warehouse, or landscaping environment.
• 1 year of experience operating forklift or skid-steer (bob-cat), preferred but not required.
