Team Member (Part-Time)

Alpine Storage, The Packaging Depot & UHaul is a small business in Fort St. John, BC. We are agile, fast-paced, demanding and our goal is to to offer the best customer services within alike businesses to stand out within our community, to be the go to location for the services we offer including Storage, Courier Services including FedEx, Purolator, LOOMIS and DHL, and UHaul equipment rentals.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing helpful information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to stay organized, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service as well as a valid drivers license. This is a faced paced, multi tasking position, where the right candidate will be able to complete multiple tasks at the same time. Candidate must have reliable transportations to and from work location. This position is for Part time and would be best for some one whom just wants a few shifts a week but has full availability to be able to cover days off and vacations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using available resources.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in an accurate manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Yard work including but not limited to moving and hooking up UHaul rental equipment.
• Assisting couriers in accepting deliveries to our location
• Assisting customer with loading deliveries to their vehicle.
• Cleaning of facility as required

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
