Technical Director - Food Manufacturing - Development, Regulatory And Quality

As the Technical Director, you will be leading all technical challenges or opportunities when it comes to our food processing or formulations. You will troubleshoot, improve and audit all of our issues or projects, small or large. You will also act as an internal auditor to insure that all our Programs and Processes follow or exceed the industry's standards. Main responsibilities are:

• relentlessly implement continuous process improvement for achieving the expectations of a world class manufacturing facility
• excel at troubleshooting and implementing lasting solutions
• acting as our internal auditor so that we can always be audit ready
• lead technical projects in food quality, food safety, new process or packaging development, formulations and certifications
• support the Production, QA, R&D, Maintenance, Sanitation and Engineering team.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
