Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to drive sales and promote our inventory management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for inventory management solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their inventory challenges, and proposing suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address client queries and provide comprehensive pre-sales support.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Technical Sales, preferably selling inventory management solutions, printer applicators, software, labels, or barcode scanners.
- Strong understanding of inventory management processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
