- Move garbage bins when needed
- Assist in some work orders
- Assist the Maintenance Superintendant
- and other general duties.
- Lay tiles
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in confined spaces
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
