Ticketing Sales Representative - Account Executive

Join Atletico Ottawa, Ottawa's own CPL Soccer club, and be part of the excitement! We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to help us expand our fan base and drive revenue growth. As a Ticket Sales and Service Representative, you'll play a key role in selling and servicing ticketing packages while providing top-notch customer service. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Sell and service various ticketing packages to new and existing fans
• Develop and manage a portfolio of season seat members
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Generate leads and prospects to expand our fan base
• Participate in community events, meetings, and game days
• Utilize CRM to track fan interactions
• Collaborate with the team on promotional strategies
• Assist in content creation and social media activities

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong understanding of ticket sales and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Passion for soccer and growing the game in Canada
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
• Located in Ottawa/Gatineau area
• Completion of post-secondary education

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
