TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST

St. Paul Education, located in St. Paul, Alberta, is seeking a full-time Transportation Assistant/ Receptionist commencing April 15, 2024, to cover an 18-month maternity leave. This position follows the normal twelve-month business calendar, is seven (7) hours per day, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

This position supports the Transportation Department as well as providing reception and administrative support services.

Qualifications

Experience as an Administrative Assistant

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google (Gmail, Docs, Drive, etc.)

Self-motivated, self-directed with the ability to organize and prioritize work

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Special consideration will be given to those with administrative office assistant training and experience.
