Travel Agent

```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. If you have a passion for travel and excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Qualification: have at least 1 years experience in Travel industry. Sabre GDS knowledge is mandatory.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met
- Research and recommend destinations, hotels, and activities based on clients' preferences and budget
- Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services for clients
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, and industry regulations
- Handle any changes or issues that may arise during the travel process
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel services
- Excellent knowledge of popular travel destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel packages
- Familiarity with reservation systems and online booking platforms
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills:
- Sales: Ability to sell travel packages and services to clients
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction
- Hotel: Knowledge of different hotel options and their amenities
- Hospitality: Understanding the needs of travelers and providing personalized recommendations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $33,500.00-$70,651.22 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
