Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking travel assistance
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities
- Offer recommendations and advice based on client preferences and budget
- Research and stay up-to-date on travel destinations, attractions, and industry trends
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel bookings
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
Skills:
- Strong sales and/or administrative skills
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide a positive and personalized experience for clients
- Exceptional customer service skills to address client needs and concerns
- Knowledge of hotels, resorts, and other accommodations to make appropriate recommendations
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
