Summary

The Coordinator Travel Services position books and supports corporate travel, provides aviation

guest support services, and handles general administration and accounting tasks. The ideal

candidate should have at least 2 years of customer/guest services experience, preferably in the

aviation or travel industry.

Duties

• Booking and supporting corporate and executive travel,
• Handling general administration and accounting tasks,
• Providing aviation guest support services, including:

o Pre-flight lounge food and drink service,

o Verifying guest documents,

o Tracking and providing support for flight diversions,

o Assisting with baggage,

o Guest concierge and chauffeur services,

• Procuring and managing commissary inventory,
• Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer / guest services,
• Experience in the aviation or travel industry preferred,
• Must be organized, self-motivated, flexible, and detailed oriented,
• Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office,
• Well-presented professional with excellent communication skills,
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills,
• Functional ability to Lift/Pull/Carry up to 75 lbs; and,
• Ability to pass an employment, reference, & criminal background check.

Salary: $36,776.71-$62,164.19 per year
