Executive Travel Services Team Lead

Summary

The Travel Services lead is a full-time salaried position that coordinates and supports Executive Travel concierge services, aviation guest support services, and handles general administration and accounting tasks. This job has a mixed schedule with core hours and expectations for availability after hours and on weekends when operationally needed.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 + years of elevated customer/guest services experience, and executive assistant services, preferably in the aviation or travel industry and/or with high-net-worth individuals.

Duties

· Executive travel concierge, Arranging transport, accommodations, and reservations,

· Support the Travel Services Team with bookings as needed,

· Handling general administration and accounting tasks,

· Providing aviation guest support services, including:

o Pre-flight lounge food and drink service,

o Verifying and supporting guests,

o Tracking and providing support for flight diversions,

o Guest concierge and chauffeur services,

· Additional tasks as reasonably assigned.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years customer/guest services or executive assistant services,

· Experience in the aviation or travel industry preferred,

· Must be organized, self-directed, flexible, and very detailed oriented,

· Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office,

· Well-presented professional with excellent communication skills,

· Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills,

· Functional ability to Lift/Pull/Carry up to 50lbs; and,

· Ability to pass Employment, reference, & criminal background check.

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
