Used Car Sales Manager

That being said, we are primed for growth and are looking for the right person to lead our Used Car department.

We are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager who is first and foremost capable of desking deals, appraising trades and supporting sales consultants throughout the sales process. You will be working as a team with our New Car Sales Manager to make deals as seamless as possible for our Sales Consultants and customers.

Role Description

The Used Car Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the pre-owned vehicle sales department, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining an inventory of 25 well presented, well-priced used vehicles. From appraisal, to check in, to creating the work order for reconditioning.

We are looking for someone with the experience to understand as a salesperson what it takes to be confident in selling a Used Car. Appropriately priced. Clean condition. Complete file.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in sales.

• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and practices
• OMVIC license
• G Driver's License
• Minimum 5 years dealership experience
