Position: Warehouse Admin & Operations Support – Cambridge, Ontario
Position profile:
§ Fluke is seeking a dedicated customer service & Operations Support professional to join our Cambridge team.
- This individual will be responsible for all aspects of our customer service duties while working in combination with our Operations lead, providing support to other members of Fluke Warehousing team.
- The Role will have daily interaction with dedicated customer, operations staff, drivers and other company personnel and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
- This is a fulltime day position, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:
- Perform general customer service duties by responding promptly to emails, answering phone calls, scheduling pick-up & delivery appointments, managing our driver arrival window, responding to customer inquiries, shipment tracing, data and order entry within our WMS, completing reports, and recording necessary information in a highly computerized environment.
- Booking and scheduling of loads to ensure on time delivery and overall customer satisfaction while maintaining overall in and outbound load efficiency.
- Perform computer functions using computerized software, Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Provide timely and accurate communication with customers while maintaining open and concise dialogue to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Operates various office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines and phone systems.
- Working alongside key personnel to obtain overall company success.
Candidate profile:
§ The ideal candidate will bring his or her successful Warehouse experience and professionalism to the group.
- Previous customer service warehouse/logistics experience and knowledge with a WMS software considered a mandatory request.
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve, multitask and resolve issues in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Organized, highly-motivated, goal oriented and results driven individual with strong problem solving skills.
