About the Role
As a Warehouse Assistant you will be responsible for keeping a track of inventory, overseeing shipments and deliveries, handling incoming and outgoing goods, inputting data entry in our management platform, ensuring the organization of the warehouse, and coordinating with the technical team.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
+ Receive and ship orders from the order desk and pick up the items according to the information listed on the shipping orders.
+ Confirm the pickup items on the Oracle scanner, use the scanner to scan the barcode of the items for confirmation before packing.
+ Label the packed items with the corresponding UPS stickers printed out from the scanner for confirmation.
+ Receive stocks from couriers and trailers.
+ Check and confirm stocks received according to the packing list.
+ Key received stock information ( i.e. Receive date, Quantity, Item code) to the database.
+ Unload goods from the containers, checking, and confirming the quantity of items received according to the packing list. Scan the item's barcode using the scanner, organize and place the items in the warehouse.
+ Prepare and organize the warehouse inventory.
+ Count the quantity of each month’s inventory.
+ Input the quantity of each inventory into the Oracle system.
+ Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Previous warehouse experience.
+ Excellent oral and verbal communication.
+ Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential.
+ Strong critical thinking and problem-identification abilities.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred:
+ Previous forklift experience.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
