We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of warehouse activities. This role requires a proactive leader who can maintain organization and manage operations to meet our supply chain objectives.
Duties
- Palletizing and packing goods for storage and shipment.
- Organizing the warehouse layout and managing inventory to optimize space and efficiency.
- Printing shipping and inventory management slips.
- Coordinating closely with customer service teams to address and fulfill customer needs.
- Managing inventory records and ensuring accurate tracking of goods.
- Ordering and maintaining warehouse supplies, such as cards, labels, cages, pens, etc.
- Preparing shipping manifests and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
- Optimizing warehouse space to accommodate inventory effectively.
- Conducting training sessions for warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Scheduling pickups and deliveries to maintain smooth logistics operations.
- Arranging for the palletization of goods for overseas shipping.
- Monitoring employee productivity and performance to ensure operational targets are met.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in warehouse management or a related position.
- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse distribution operations, encompassing shipping, receiving, order processing, and inventory control.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
- A keen eye for detail, coupled with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize them efficiently.
- Robust problem-solving skills, with a forward-thinking attitude towards identifying and implementing solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
