```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise
- Set and adjust prices to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Lead and motivate a team of shop employees, providing guidance and support
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Create work schedules and manage employee time-off requests
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a retail or shop management role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience in buying and pricing merchandise to maximize profitability
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
