RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy, including updating stock in Acumatica (ERP system)
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipment orders accurately
• Coordinate and oversee shipment pickup with couriers
• Confirm shipments after courier pickup
• Deliver products to local customers
• Clean and organize warehouse and showroom
• Maintain and order warehouse supplies when needed
• Receive transfers from HQ and restock inventory
• Remove garbage and recycling
• Process return products (restock or RMA)
• Ensure receipt of RMA items are documented and stocked properly
• Receive containers as needed
• Assist off-site sales team with preparation and transfers
• Assist office staff with showroom pickups
• Assist with order processing duties as needed
• Assist branch manager with operational projects as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional business demeanor and vernacular
• Class G driver's license with a clean abstract
• High level of organization and accuracy
• Adhere to environmental, health, and safety requirements in warehouse facilities
• Ability to discern high-priority tasks and exercise proper time management
• Holds professionalism and ethical practices to a high standard
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Ability to work and communicate well with others
• Diligently follows standardized processes and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
• Complies to company policies and adhere to the employee handbook
• English required, French is an asset

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Experience:

• Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
