Workforce Reporting & Analytics Manager

Supporting the CIOO (Chief Information and Operations Officer) of the Technology & Operations (T&O) Personal & Business Banking (P&BB) and Wealth team, the Business Enablement Office provides support for strategy, business analysis, reporting, financial governance and automation to help the group meet its strategic and financial objectives.

The Workforce Reporting & Analytics Manager is a key member of this team, primarily focused on driving workforce management for the broader CIOO group.

Key Accountabilities:
- Leads the monitoring and management of workforce health & performance - including hiring & attrition, performance against plans & forecasts
- Collaborates with HR and sub-leader business management teams to understand & analyze workforce data and trends, identifying issues and opportunities to highlight to the senior leadership team
- Leads content for monthly executive workforce review
- Leads automating Workforce Reporting to PowerBI dashboards, partnering with our Analytics lead

Core Knowledge:
- Generally 5+ years of relevant experience in a business management function, with previous experience
managing workforce plans an asset
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Familiarity with PowerBI
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and work cross functionally as part of a team
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet deliverables
- Positive attitude and willingness to self-learn
