Job description

Job Summary

Supports the technical sales and relationship management team within RBC Investor Services Market Services group which provides Cash Management, Foreign Exchange and Securities Lending services. This role will involve engagement across the global Market Services trading and execution, product management and operational teams to support client driven projects and initiatives.

Job Description

  • Creating internal and external (client) facing materials to support sales efforts and existing client reviews.
  • Contributing to targeted sales campaigns through data driven pipeline creation, sales pitch material design, storyboarding and activity tracking/reporting.
  • Assisting with the preparation of routine reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performing market research for internal circulation and usage in targeted client marketing materials.
  • Participating and assisting in client and prospect meetings/interactions.
  • Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals.
  • Developing product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.
