310T Lead Hand

Parts for Trucks is a leading provider of heavy-duty truck repair services, specializing in maintaining and repairing vehicles in the heavy-duty transportation industry. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled 310T Technician Lead Hand to join our team. As the Lead Hand, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our repair shop while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Hours: Monday to Thursdays, 12:30pm to 11:00pm.

Details:

• Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Conduct hands-on diagnostic and repair work on a variety of vehicles, including but not limited to engine repairs, brake services, electrical system diagnostics, and general maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, always adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Assist in training new technicians and provide ongoing support to existing team members.
• Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries and provide expert advice to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in heavy-duty truck and trailer repair.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 310T Truck & Coach Technician, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Previous leadership experience in a service repair environment is highly preferred.
• Strong technical background with expertise in diagnosing and repair as a Licensed Truck & Transport / Trailer Technician.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficient in shop management software and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
