Position Summary
We are looking for a qualified Account Executive to join our growing team of professionals. This position will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Western Canada and will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and growing sales in Alberta. As a salesperson, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be customer service oriented and willing to travel when/if required.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities
Be on the road daily looking for new opportunities
Manage your sales calls efficiently and effectively
Manage and support a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Make high-level product presentations and recognize opportunities within your accounts
Make cold calls to generate additional revenue
Follow up on Marketing initiatives to generate business
Resolve application needs and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions, mainly through our CRM database
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Prepare quotes and follow up opportunities Core Competencies
