What is the opportunity? 

  • Payment of bills which include CRA and Insurance
  • Assist where required to help maintain balance in work volumes within the team.
  • Keep procedures up to date.
  • Must be able to meet SLA’s, be prepared to put in some overtime when require as volumes fluctuate throughout the months, and on a Quarterly basis.

What will you do?

  • Assist with processing of various Daily task along with ServiceLink request.
  • Processing of Oil Royalties within different timeframes monthly or quarterly.
  • Process electronic payments to various vendors including government offices
  • Process monthly and quarterly taxes received from different business and be able import information from one system to the next.
  • Process ongoing daily wires, cheque request, bill payments for different vendors.
  • Third Party Mutual funds, reconciliations of account holdings Royal Trust.
  • Maintain, update various excel sheets, Run various reports
  • Payroll processing, for Monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly payroll, including submission of source deductions to different Government offices along with payments for Executors, and Scholarships
  • Submission of T4/T4A/Rel1
  • ROE to Service Canada

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Ability to handle multiple requests and be able to prioritize.
  • Ability to handle high volumes at peak times in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work overtime when required to meet SLA’ and high volumes.
  • Strong customer service, be able to follow our model of Client’s First attitude.
  • Be able to understand when a request is urgent and how to resolve it.
  • Be willing to cross train within the group to perform various duties as requested.
  • Attention to details, is a must requirement.
  • Ability to work, independently and within a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Mutual funds, settlements, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Payroll understanding, government remittances.
  • High accuracy in processing, be able to Assist other team members when required.
  • Be comfortable in dealing with branch inquiries.
  • Knowledge of BTS, JEFE, Berton, BTS GUI, ServiceLink, Excel.
