Breton Beef Ltd. is a small business outside of Edmonton, AB. We are friendly, agile, and our goal is to offer locally and ethically raised beef to community partners to promote to their membership to raise funds for their organization.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential community partners such as schools, churches, and sports organizations in your area. You will then contact the community partners to offer our 1/4 beef freezer packs as a fundraiser for their organization. If the community partner is interested, you will train and support the community partner with their efforts to promote our product to their membership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners
- Make presentations to demonstrate the value of our products and strategy
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve individual results
- Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Utilize spreadsheets or CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
- No direct selling is involved
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be in a position to build a book of business and weather the first few months of low commissions
