What You’ll Do
- Full cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledgers
- Prepare month- and year-end financial statements
- Prepare year-end working papers for audits
- Prepare annual CAM and recoveries
- Assist with annual budgets and cash flow projections
- Prepare operating cost variance statements for tenants
- Update tenant rent roll
- Assist with various insurance renewals and other office and admin duties as needed
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a real estate company
- Diploma or degree in Accounting is required
- Advanced computer skills including experience with Spectra, QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly-detail oriented with great organizational skills
