Company Overview:
Harmony Communities acquires investment properties and provides professional property management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable/Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of journal entries
- Year end and quarter end financial reporting
- General administrative tasks to support the Accounting team
- Additional duties as assigned
Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and practices
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- A professional, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication
- Strong MS Office skills. Experience with accounting systems preferred.
- Accounting degree preferred
Experience:
- accounting: 3-5 years, Real Estate and/or property management industry (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
