Northlands College is seeking an Accounting Clerk Accounts Payable for our Head Office located in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan and the position works on-site. Candidates will have a 1-year post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution and with emphasis in accounting, and 1 year of relevant experience that provides the skills required to complete a total fiscal year of an accounting cycle. The position is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the College. The Accounting Clerk Accounts Payable is an in-scope position reporting to the Director, Finance and is mainly responsible for administering the Accounts Payable functions for the College including, but not limited to, the generation of cheques, coding, banking, reconciling, preparing information for reports, maintaining accounting and program files, and making entries into various journals.
